Lynne M Schneider: CEO and Chief Strategist

Lynne Schneider has been the CEO and Chief Strategist ENTOVATION®INTERNATIONAL, Ltd. since August 2016. ENTOVATION®INTERNATIONAL remains a global innovation research and consulting network linking 70+ countries throughout the world. Lynne has been part of the Enovation® E100 network since 1997 and has extensive knowledge of global innovation policy/processes, crisis response, economic development and micro-business initiatives. She successfully supported the creation of the United States government Chief Management Officer Act, Information Technology Management Reform Act and Government Performance and Results Act.

An expert in strategic planning and creative thinking she is an experienced researcher and problem solver with exceptional organizational, people and communication skills.

Ms. Schneider has extensive experience and a proven successful track record in the defense industry and as an international strategy consultant in public/private sector economic development.  She served as the principal policy advisor (Highly Qualified Expert) to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army on matters affecting Army Stability Operations.  She has traveled extensively overseas and has international business partners in many countries. Lynne has played a key role in supporting many of Debra’s initiatives including the development of the original Boston Innovation Tour in 2011 in partnership with Dr. Piero Formica from Italy.

She has served in the US Army Reserve as a Civil Affairs officer for more than 25 years leading global communities and governments in the establishment of successful economic development programs. Ms. Schneider volunteers on the Board for the One World Medical Relief, When in Need and the International Stability Operations Association.

She is co-author of six books including:  Non-traditional Warfare: 21st Century Threats and Responses; Knowledge Economics; and The Future of Innovation, as well as numerous articles
